Here at Rudzki & Jones, we can also deal with general civil/commercial litigation. We understand that legal disputes can often be very expensive and the cost of bringing a claim can often outweigh the sums being claimed. It is therefore risky for small or medium sized companies to contemplate taking legal action and access to justice is therefore restricted.

Many commercial firms will not offer a ‘No Win, No Fee’ option for commercial claims. At Rudzki & Jones, we will look to see if we can do this. However, even if we cannot offer ‘No Win, No Fee’ we could still look to share the risk in your matter. We can offer other forms of funding, such as:-

Discounted CFA (No Win, Some Fee) – Whilst most firms would generally charge you at their full rate and ask for large sums of money on account in advance, we would ask you to pay only a small percentage of our Hourly Rate and, if we are successful on conclusion, we will recover the rest from the other side and also look to recover the most or all of the sum you have paid to us. If you lose, you will only have had to pay the reduced rate to us and no more.

Fixed Fees – We can offer a ‘tailored package’ to suit your financial needs. We can deal with some or all of your matter – you have the choice and you will have peace of mind knowing that your fees will not get any higher.
