Road Traffic Accident

If you have been injured in a road traffic accident Rudzki & Jones can help you claim compensation at no cost to you.

How Can I Prove It?

To obtain compensation for your injuries as a result of the road traffic accident you first need to prove someone else was at fault.

My wife and I were injured in a Road Traffic Accident whilst on our way to work. Rudzki & Jones came to our house and took full details of what happened and what our losses were. We received a very supportive and professional service and our matter was settled quickly. All correspondence was in both English and Polish languages, which meant we could fully understand all aspects of the claims process. Mr & Mrs W

To do this, you need to be alert and get as much evidence as you can at the accident scene, for example vehicle registration numbers, names of the drivers, photos of the accident locations and any vehicle damage, etc.  Even if the other driver refuses to give you their insurance details, if you have their registration number we can get this information.

If it turns out the other driver was uninsured or if they drove off without stopping, you may still be able to claim compensation.
